I made this cake in 2005 for my sister's 28th birthday and graduation (she earned a Masters in statistics)... She requested a "math" cake, so I piped famous mathematical equations around the cake.

Beautiful Art You Can Eat
Several years ago when I started decorating cakes, a friend told me that in the bakery business, the nicer the cake looks, the lower the quality of its taste. I made up my mind right then and there that I was going to make the neatest looking cakes I could that taste awesome. Almost everything I do, I use buttercream frosting--only using fondant and modeling chocolate as accent pieces as much as possible-- to improve the taste of each cake I make. I hope you enjoy looking at these delicious works of art as much as I enjoyed making them!
